  • Training Duration and Mode: The training courses vary in duration, ranging from 15 days to 9 months, depending on the complexity and requirements of the specific skill set. Both online and offline modes of training are available, ensuring accessibility for youth across urban and rural areas.

  • Financial Support: To encourage participation, the government provides financial assistance to trainees. Under the "Learn and Earn" scheme, youth receive an allowance of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month during their training period, enabling them to support themselves while acquiring new skills.

  • Implementation Partners: The initiative is being implemented in partnership with various government and non-government organizations, including the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development and Employment Generation Board (MPSSDEGB).
